Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for being our valued customer. If you are for the first-time buyer from us, welcome to the Store Supply Depot family. If you have been buying from us, thank you for your continued confidence on our products and services.

We always try to supply the right products to the customers and make sure that the items delivered or shipped are in good shape and correctly picked. However, we can’t ignore the chances of error or change of mind. So, to address the unusual issues, we have established return and refund policy. Procedure and terms & conditions for returning any of our product/s are outlined below.

Upon receiving the delivery of the order, we strongly recommend you to check the order for correctness of the product that you have received. If the product is damaged or not in good condition, immediately return it to the delivery driver and deduct the amount of that item/s being returned if paying COD.

You may communicate to the delivery driver, email us at cs@storesupplydepot.net or call us at 346-206-2169 for any returns.

We understand you are busy and sometimes do not get time to inspect everything thoroughly upon receiving. You may return the item/s within 14 calendar days from the date you received in case of you received the incorrect item/s due to our error or you changed mind.

  • For the customers receiving the orders via our truck, must set the item/s aside and SSD (Store Supply Depot) will arrange to pick it up or replace.
  • If it is shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or any carriers, we will send you the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and then you return the item/s as advised in RMA.
  • If the item is being returned because of error of Store Supply Depot, we will pay the cost of pick-up incorrect item/s and delivery of the correct item/s. However, if the customer changes mind to have different item, customer will pay for the shipping for both - the item/s to return and shipping the replacement item back to them.
  • The item/s being returned must be in the same packaging and unopened.
  • If the products are returned after 14 days of receiving, there will be 20% re-stocking fee applied.
  • All the returned items being returned would be inspected by us before applying credit or refund. Upon inspection, SSD will approve/disapprove for the credit/refund. For all approved returns, the refund* will be processed and you will be notified immediately.

*If the method of payment when bought is cash, check or money order, SSD will issue the check to customer after approval of return.

*For purchases with credit card, the refund will be given to the same credit card. There will be 4% credit card processing/admin fee applied which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
